西元1991年11月13日設立鎮源貿易有限公司，從事進出口業務，期間成立研發部門，鑽研環保、節能塗料，由於涉及未來生產問題，故於西元2004年9月7日申請變更營業範圍並將原來名稱更改為『駿為興業有限公司』，歷經十多年來的研發成功，生產環保又節 能－『多功能矽水泥』塗料。
