昌碩科技創立於1977年，自成立至今一直致力於電源設備的開發與製造，從早期的相控電源、直流電機調速裝置，進入不間斷電源（UPS）的開發與製造。

從2000年開始與澳大利亞Zener公司合作進入交流電機調速裝置的領域。

2008年更進一步進入系統承包的領域。

2011年展開與德國大學的合作，共同開發了永磁同步電機調速系統。

目前公司在電機調速的領域已包含了交流異步電機、永磁同步電機、交流伺服電機、閉環與開環控制全方位的產品。

昌碩科技的產品均在自己的台北工廠及青島工廠生產。
電機調速裝置的功率範圍從1．5KW ～ 800KW，產出的產品廣泛應用在礦業設備、軌道車輛、恆壓供水、捷運站電扶梯速度自動控制、大型場館空調工程、產業設備、農業灌溉系統、電機測試設備上。

針對未來的工業自動化及節能減碳的需求，昌碩科技將秉持過去四十年的豐富經驗，加大新技術與新產品的研究開發，繼續為國內外相關產業提供最佳的服務。

GNDC Co．, Ltd was founded in 1977, and since our inception we have committed to develop and manufacture various power equipments such as phase control power supplies, DC motor drives, thyristor firing units, uninterruptible power supplies （UPS） etc．

Since 2000 we cooperate with Zener Electric （Australia） to enter the field of AC motor drives and motor soft starters．

From 2008 we expand our business into system integration fields．

Commence in 2011 we collaborate with a Germany university to develop drives for permanent magnet synchronous motor （PMSM）． Now our motor drives can cover AC induction motors, AC servo motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors and the power rating starts from 1．5KW up to 800KW． All our drives are produced in our Taipei factory and Qingdao factory．

For the future of industrial automation, energy－saving and carbon reduction demand, GNDC will uphold the past four decades of experience, increase new technology and new product research and development, continue to provide the best services for domestic and foreign related industries．
